Refund Policy

Eligibility for refunds

BearAudit offers refunds under the following conditions:

  • Within 14 days of purchase — You may request a full refund for your first subscription or purchase within 14 days of the initial charge, provided you have not previously received a refund for BearAudit.
  • Billing errors — If you were charged in error (e.g. duplicate charge, wrong plan), we will refund the incorrect amount.
  • Service failure — If BearAudit was unavailable or materially defective and we could not resolve the issue, we may offer a refund or credit at our discretion.

What is not refundable

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Subscription renewals after the first 14 days of the initial purchase.
  • Partial months or unused time on a subscription.
  • Change of mind after the refund window has passed.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact us at license@bearaudit.com with your account email and, if possible, the transaction or invoice reference. We will respond within a few business days. Refunds, when approved, are processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.

Cancellation vs refund

Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not automatically refund past payments. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period. For our cancellation terms, see our Cancellation Policy.

Changes to this policy

We may update this refund policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Continued use of BearAudit after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
