You can cancel anytime
BearAudit subscriptions are month-to-month or yearly. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future charges; we do not charge cancellation fees.
How to cancel
To cancel your subscription:
- From the app — Open BearAudit, go to the license or account section, and use the option to cancel or manage subscription. If we use a billing portal (e.g. Stripe), you can cancel there.
- By email — Send a cancellation request to license@bearaudit.com from the email address associated with your account. We will confirm once the cancellation is processed.
What happens when you cancel
- Access until period end — You keep full access to BearAudit until the end of your current billing period (month or year). We do not prorate or refund the remaining time.
- No more charges — After you cancel, we will not charge you again unless you resubscribe.
- Data — You may export your data before the period ends. After the period ends, your account may be downgraded or disabled in line with our terms.
Re-subscribing
If you cancel and later want to use BearAudit again, you can subscribe anew at the current pricing. Previous refund and cancellation terms apply to the new subscription.
Refunds
Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.
Changes to this policy
We may update this cancellation policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Continued use of BearAudit after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
